my body is not even toned. my feet,arms,and neck are always a shade darker than the rest of the body…help…?
i scrub weekly,moisturize everyday and also take steam baths once a month.please suggest something herbal if possible..chemicals are not very good for me…….
Wear sunscreen on your face/neck, arms, and feet (the higher the SPF the better). I would assume your skin tone is uneven because the sunlight, like most people, our clothes only cover so much and the rest of our skin gets sun tanned even if you are outside for a minute. Imagine all those minutes of sun your neck gets compared to the places of skin that never see daylight. Scrubbing will help slosh away dead, darker skin and allow new skin cells to grow faster. However, the only thing to make it absolutely even is to stay out of the sun or wear long pants/shirts etc. You can always wear make up in the mean time. I would not suggest tanning because of the harmful health effects. But honestly, I don’t know a single person who’s neck/arms are not darker than the rest of them. It’s natural.
