Herbal Rose Detox

This is my first day taking herbal detox (wild rose) and I dont think its working?
Its been several hours and no side effects (no bowl movements, no headhaches, not tired. What symptoms should I be getting the first day? Am I overeacting?
Natural isnt like a pill from the dr it takes a while to clean up a mess when you go natural. Dont panic its working.
