Anyone had an herbal body wrap?
I am thinking about getting an herbal body wrap to detox my body and I am wondering if anyone has experience or advice. I am just feeling blah, skin is breaking out, which it hasn’t done since I was 15 or 16 and I am having a hard time losing weight and getting motivated to exercise. I was thinking maybe the wrap would help clean up my system and give me more enegergy, plus the emotional boost of losing a few inches would make it easier for me to work out, because I’d feel better about myself! LOL I am just wondering if anyone has had any good or bad experiences with herbal body wraps that they would share.
I HAVE HAD SEVERAL HERBAL BODY WRAPS. I FOUND THE TREATMENT TO BE VERY RELAXING, SOMETHING THAT MADE ME FEEL GOOD ABOUT MYSELF. ( BECAUSE I DID SOMETHING FOR MY SELF). I LOST INCHES BUT I REALLY DID NOT FEEL LIKE I DID. THE BENEFIT FOR ME, CAME FOR THE WELL BEING I FELT FOR TREATING MYSELF.
