What Vitamins can boost my 8 yrs old’s immune system?
My daughter has a weak immune system and I wanted to know if there is herbal or vitamins that would boost her immune system.
echinacea, astragalus are two of the really good ones, can be bought in capsules or liquid. You should give her a multivitamin in addition to that to coveer, all the other vitamins that she might not have inought of.
Also go to a doctor and ask them to run some immunology tests, you might be able to find out if she has decreased or increased levels of certain immunoglobulins, which doctors might tell you how to fix which would improve your daughter’s immunity.
