what can i use to relax muscles that are stiff in the knee area of a person, so as to put them to exercise?
any medicinal , herbal , or natural options are open. i heard meat tenderizer as an option although im not sure if it works.the person needing this needs this cause they have been in bed for a while healing and need now to get circulation to lower leg areas.
